1. Copy or save

Computer: Right-click the QR image (Control-click on Mac), then choose Copy Image or Save Image As.

Phone or tablet: Touch and hold the image and use the available Share, Copy, or Save option.

2. Send to a colleague

Paste or attach the QR image to an email or picture message.

For a regular SMS, copy the Download PDF or Download DOCX button’s link and paste it into your message. Pictures use MMS, RCS, or iMessage.

3. Open the resource

Scan the code with a phone camera when it is printed or displayed on another screen.

On a computer, use a free reader linked above to read the QR image. If you receive a download link, simply click it.

A quick reminder: Some member resources require the recipient to log in. Share blank forms and educational resources only; use your organization’s approved secure method for completed forms containing patient information.
